Yoga
Update - Due to instructor unavailability tomorrow's (Saturday 9 December) Yoga session will now be a Body Balance session. Hatha yoga is a medium paced, holistic yoga class with an emphasis on awareness, alignment and balance. Classes cater for all levels of fitness.
