Feedback on the Maude Street Mall conceptual design options closes on Saturday 30 June and the community is reminded to have their say now.
The four completed design options were endorsed by Council at the May Ordinary Council Meeting and are open for feedback via a public consultation on Council’s website.
The designs have been completed by Spiire and provide four options for a redeveloped Mall including leaving the mall closed, opening it to two way traffic and two options for one way traffic. In all options the Mall would be significantly upgraded and improved.
The consultation opened on Wednesday 16 May and consists of an online survey where participants are asked to describe what they like or dislike about each of the designs. The feedback will be collated and presented to Councillors to assist them in determining the next steps for the Maude Street Mall.
