Bandit is a very sweet pup in need of a special home to help him find his place in the world. Bandit is a cross breed dog, but we think there might be some Border Collie and Jack Russell Terrier in his family tree - so he may be a small to medium sized dog when fully grown. With his sweet, curious little eyes to draw you in and melt your heart, in the right home Bandit will have the potential to grow into the sweetest dog ever!

What Bandit hopes to find in his new home:

Humans with an abundance of patience! Bandit is quite shy and timid and hasn't experienced much of the world. He needs understanding humans that can show him the world, one experience at a time.

A calm, role model canine companion! With Bandit so shy of humans, we feel a calm, confident canine friend will help show him the ropes and build his confidence. Bandit may find playful dogs a little overwhelming, but a calm, older role model could be his new best friend and guide!

The Perfect Home for Bandit:

Bandit will best suit a calm, quiet household with no young children. Like all puppies, Bandit will need some help with all the puppy basics when it comes to training, and a safe secure yard will be the best place to start his training journey.

3. The Shepparton Animal Shelter will contact you to talk about adopting. If the animal is available, an appointment will be made for you to attend the Shepparton Animal Shelter for a 'meet and greet', which can take about 30 minutes.

Adoption Commitment

The Shepparton Animal Shelter encourages new owners of adopted animals to consider their lifestyle and commitment carefully before adoption. We wish to see all adopted animals find their forever homes. However we understand that sometimes, an adoption does not work out. If you are no longer able to care for your adopted animal, for any reason, please contact the Shepparton Animal Shelter.

Adoption Guarantee

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is not acceptable to a purchaser because of health, physical or other reasons (excluding accidents), which is supported by a statement from a Veterinary practitioner, within seven days of purchase, the Animal Shelter will accept the animal back and refund the purchase price of the animal.

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is returned within three days for any other reason, the Animal Shelter will refund 75% of the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten dies or is euthanased as a result of a disease that is traceable to the point of sale, the Animal Shelter will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.
