MAXIMUS

Black Rottweiler X

Meet Maximus! D240750! 🐾

Maximus is a 6-and-a-half-year-old Rottweiler X, and he’s ready to find his forever home! This handsome, boy has been on an incredible journey after coming to us very emaciated, but with a lot of love and care, he’s making amazing progress. He’ll need a dedicated family or individual to continue helping him reach his ideal weight and maintain his health.

Maximus is not only incredibly friendly, but also super smart! He loves playing fetch and can bring the ball back to you and drop it at your feet, which is a bonus for anyone who enjoys a good game. He’s also got some impressive tricks up his sleeve – he can “sit up” on his back legs and “stay” on command. With his high food drive, he’ll be a breeze to train and will thrive with positive reinforcement.

Maximus is a people-oriented dog who LOVES his humans and will make a loyal best friend for the right person or family. He would do well in a home with careful supervision, and could be suited to families with small children or other dogs with proper introductions and guidance. We're unsure about how he’ll react with cats or small animals, so a cat-free home might be best for now.

Maximus will need some leash training to refine his walking skills, but with his eagerness to please, we know he’ll catch on quickly. He’s a big fan of food, pats, and toys – what’s not to love?

If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who’s ready to bond and make your life a little brighter, Maximus is your guy. Come meet him and see if you two are a perfect match! 🖤🐾
