Indoor Sports Facilities and KidsTown Bookings
For the bookings of Council's Shepparton Sports Stadium, Tatura Community Activity Centre, VISY Stadium and sites at KidsTown Adventure Playground.
A Booking Application Form is the first step to hiring a facility. Council will use this application to assess your intended use of the facility, and request further information where required. The Term and Conditions of Hire are also included on the form. Please read them carefully before submitting your booking request.
Upon receipt of the completed booking request form and all required paperwork from the hirer, Council will consider the booking and notify you within fourteen working days of the decision.
Council do not offer tentative bookings and no verbal bookings will be accepted.
Indoor Sports Facilities
Hirers must be an incorporated organisation with minimum $20 million Public Liability Insurance. For regular or Corporate Bookings, invoices will be sent monthly.
KidsTown
To confirm any casual booking, payment must be made in full prior to the booking start date. Public Liability Insurance is compulsory for all bookings. If, as an Event Organiser for KidsTown, you do not have the public liability insurance required for the booking, an application can be made to purchase coverage through Council.
