How to host an event on Council land
The Greater Shepparton municipality is home to a number of festivals, events and community gatherings throughout the year.
When organising an event it is important to understand your obligations and whether a licence and permit is required to hold your event.
For each event, you will be required to complete a booking application form, risk assessment and provide Public Liability Insurance for $20 million. Additional permits and information may be required depending on the size and scope of your event.
