Request for consideration of claim for compensation

If you have sustained an injury, loss or damage and you believe Council is negligent, you can submit a request for compensation.

Submitting a claim does not make Council negligent. The claimant must prove that Council is negligent in causing an injury, loss or damage.

Council must firstly be notified of the incident by contacting 03 5832 9700.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee you will receive compensation.
