GV Woodworkers Annual Woodworking Show

Each year people come from all over Victoria, NSW and SA to showcase their amazing talents with wood and demonstrate new and interesting skills and products with 2024 being or biggest show yet, with this years show hosting the National Bi-Annual Scrollsaw Exhibition.

Time: 9am to 4pm

There will be hundreds of wooden items to purchase including: furniture, turned bowls/platters, kitchen items, plant hangers, chopping boards, candle holders, bandsaw boxes, jewellery boxes, Christmas presents, milled timber, woodworking hardware and bits n’ bobs, and lots lots more.

All stalls are local small business owners and suppliers from the region. Support local! In 2024 there will be numerous demonstrations on wood turning, pyrography, working with resin, puzzle making, pen turning, scroll sawing, whittling, carving, bandsaw boxes and lots more.

The main stage will see several of our club members showcasing their skills in turning, pyrography, steam bending to make wavy chopping boards and sharpening turning tools.

There will also be demonstrations from our local businesses. Why not check out our timber sales area where you will find a huge selection of hardwoods at ridiculous prices! A great spot to pick up timber for your next DIY project!

It’s shaping up to be a huge weekend with heaps of giveaways, demonstrations, games, stalls and much, much more!
