A ridiculously fun way to get fit for all ages. Hoopercise burns mega calories in a super playful environment filled with FUN! Hula hooping tones arms, legs, abs and butt and gives you a dance based, sweaty cardio workout. It's good for your body, mind and spirit. Get into the spin!
