Over the past 6 months Maree has spent significant time on Yorta Yorta Country, connecting with Kaiela Arts and the local community and sharing historical and cultural knowledge. From these conversations, Maree has created an edition of 4O hand-printed works on archival paper and 10 prints on A70 glass. Ochres and charcoal collected from trips to Barmah and Cummeragunja have been used to create the inks used in the printing.
Join us to celebrate this landmark release of the inaugural Kaiela Arts Editions and be the first to purchase a print at one of our free launch events.
