Come on a journey with music of the ancient Guitar Vihuela, Baroque,
Romantic and modern Spanish Guitar Featuring music inspired by Julian Bream’s recording “Guitarra” &“Flamenco Guitar”.

Including performances of Solearas, Peteneras, Alegrias, Bulerias and
Sevillanas.

The concert also features highlights from Matthew’s new CD, Virtuoso- A
Homage to My Ancestors, a spectacular musical journey celebrating the Parkes family, his internationally renowned virtuoso ancestors with arrangements of classical masterpieces such as, Spring & Winter 1st Movement from Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Mozart- Rondo Alla Turca, Paganini- Caprice No.24 and more.

Matthew has toured with an extraordinary array of the world’s greats,
including: Natalie Cole; Shirley Bassey; The Original Buena Vista Social
Club; Michael Crawford and Billy Connolly.
