Sixty garage sales took place last year, with numbers set to grow this year.
Local residents can register their garage sale at the Tatura Community House for a $20 fee to receive their information packs.
Registrations open on Monday, April 2, and close Monday, April 30.
Maps showing the locations of all participating garage sales will go on sale at 8am on Saturday, May 5, at a cost of $2 each.
An early morning breakfast will be organised from 7.30am onwards.
