CANCELLED - Yoga Flow - Earth, River and Sky
Due to the current situation and recovery efforts required in Greater Shepparton, we have made the decision to cancel all activities scheduled until further notice. A yoga with some flowing movements which help us to connect with the elements around us, such as the Earth, the flow of the water element and the great Sky above & all around us. There may be some mantra chants, these will be easy to follow. Vocalising and practising yoga in a group is very profound, so I hope you will join Jen to celebrate the environment we live in.
