Activities in the Park –January School Holiday Fun

As part of the Council’s Activities in the Park program we have a number of Free and Low Cost activities on offer all throughout the Greater Shepparton Community

The Activities in the Park Program is proudly presented by the Greater Shepparton City Council

The sessions are all delivered by local facilitators including Sports Clubs, Businesses, Community Groups and State Sporting Associations

Active @ School Session:

Join Active @ School instructors for a fun filled 60 minute activity session. This session is aimed at primary school aged children and will incorporate a mixture of fun and physical activities. For further information contact Active @ School 0448 204 572 FREE ACTIVITY

Active Kids – Swimming

Circus Skills

Deep water Aqua Running

Labyrinth Walk

Planks

Planks is an open ended self-directed block-play session. Use planks to build your creative mind! Playground Escapade Bus Tour

Plogging in the Park

Running is good for you. Picking up litter is good for the planet - why not do both? Join RiverConnect for this eco-friendly Plogging in the Park session. Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up litter. It started as an organised activity in Sweden but has become a world-wide fitness craze. Stand up Paddle Boarding

As this will be a very popular activity we are taking registrations for 20 minute sessions. These will provide participants with an opportunity to trial Stand-up Paddle Boarding and if they wish to pursue this sport further speak with the facilitators about other opportunities or investigate other options. Tape It – Collaborative Drawing
