Greater Shepparton City Council is excited to invite community members, visitors and local businesses to get involved in the ‘Meet and Eat’ campaign.

Council is looking to take community members on a culinary journey whilst highlighting the many wonderful and diverse food options available in the region.
This innovative campaign will provide 20 local businesses with an opportunity to showcase their offerings, through an array of custom made content and promotional opportunities.
Residents, visitors, and foodies will be able to participate in the campaign through special giveaways on social media, featuring dinner opportunities and feed me feasts at participating businesses.
The ‘Meet and Eat’ campaign is currently seeking expressions of interest from local restaurants and cafes. Limited to 20 successful businesses, applications are subject to evaluation criteria, and close on Monday 8 April 2024.
The successful applicants will receive the following benefits:
Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor, Councillor, Shane Sali, encouraged industry providers to participate in this unique opportunity.
“We invite our local restaurants to join the Meet and Eat campaign and share their story with the community. This is a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their offerings, reach a bigger audience and expand their customer base,” he said.
“This campaign is a fantastic way to activate our local economy, whilst highlighting the amazing and diverse array of food options available in Greater Shepparton.”
There is no participation fee, interested businesses are invited to apply online by filling in the application form via shepp.city/eoi-meetandeat.
