Help shape the St Georges Road Community Plan

Greater Shepparton City Council staff will be out and about in the coming weeks gathering feedback to help develop a community plan for St Georges Road.

Anyone who lives, works or plays in the St Georges Road area are encouraged to have their say on what they’d like to see for their community.

Council’s Director Community Kaye Thomson said there are many ways people can get involved and share their thoughts.

“We want locals to tell us what they’d like to see for their community in the future. Jump on our website or attend one of the consultation activities and tell us.” Ms Thomson said.

Feedback will be received until Friday 2 October.

Consultation activities

  • Monday 7 September from 8:30am – 10:00am at the St George’s Road Shops
  • Friday 11 September from 11.00am – 1.00pm at the Safeway Plaza Corner of Archer Street and Midland Highway
  • Thursday 17 September from 3.45pm – 5.00pm at Ross Dean Reserve (Corner of St George's Road and St Andrew’s Road)
  • Sunday 27 September 11.00am – 4.00pm at the St George’s Road Food Festival.

  • St George’s Road Primary School (Corner of Hayes St and St George's Road
  • Wilmot Road Primary School (Corner of Wilmot Road and St George's Road)
  • South Shepparton Post Office (102 St George’s Road)
  • South Shepparton Community Centre (11 Service Street)
  • Arthur Mawson Children’s Centre (120 St George's Road, along Hayes Street)
