Mooroopna's youngest artists go on show

Mooroopna Early Years Alliance Art Show was held on Wednesday 21 October at the Sir Ian McLennan Sports Centre from 4.00pm.

Our young local artists from Mooroopna Kindergartens and Prep Primary Schools displayed their amazing creations for their families and Friends to view.

There were also additional activities such as reading, threading, puzzles, stamps and playdough craft. It was great to see over 100 children, families and friends turn up. It was a great opportunity for children who are going to school in 2016 to meet their new teachers and for those children who started school in 2015 to catch up with their kindergarten teachers.

The Alliance is a supportive network of educational teachers that have the common purpose of supporting children to successfully transition from kindergarten to School. We will be looking at holding many more activities in the coming year.
