Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise that a contractor will be completing river bank stabilisation works from Monday 19 February 2024, along Tom Collins Drive and the Aquamoves Precinct in Shepparton.
It is anticipated these works will be carried out over a four-week period, weather permitting.
The Aquamoves facility will remain open throughout the duration of works, however there will be reductions to the car parking spaces available and traffic flow disruptions along Tom Collins Drive.
Traffic management arrangements will be in place during this time for the safety of workers, pedestrians and all users of the area. Delays are to be expected.
Council advises residents to plan their journey to the Aquamoves precinct and, if required, allow a few extra minutes to get to scheduled classes on time.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the community for their cooperation during this time.
If you have any further queries about the works, please contact Council’s Project team on (03) 5832 9700 or email projects@shepparton.vic.gov.au
