Council today hosted visits by a number of our state government representatives.
We met with the Hon Luke Donnellan – Minister for Roads, Road Safety and Ports and Suzanna Sheed Independent Member for Shepparton District
Discussions included regarding the GV Shepparton Bypass and lease of the Port of Melbourne and the 10% allocation for regional infrastructure projects.
We also met with the Hon Damian Drum as part of his candidacy for the federal seat of Murray. Key priority projects were discussed including $10 million federal funding for a potential new SAM, GV Shepparton Bypass and GV Health radiology request.
