Greater Shepparton is hosting the bi-annual Vicsport CEO’s Conference over two days on August 22 and 23.
Fifty CEOs from sporting codes and organisations around Victoria are currently attending the conference to explore common themes and identify future directions for facilities and sports development.
Vicsport is the organising body for the conference and is an independent member-based organisation representing Victoria’s sports and active recreation sector.
Keynote speakers at the conference include Commonwealth Games gold medallist and Olympic Games marathon runner Steve Moneghetti, Kate Palmer Australian Sports Commission CEO and former Shepparton resident, and Julia Symons formerly of the Sydney Swifts and Netball Australia.
