Finance, Property and Rates

The Business and Finance Directorate is responsible for preparing the Council's budget and overseeing all accounting procedures including auditing, rates, valuations, property, leasing and legal.

The Property Services and Rates Departments are part of the Finance Directorate, and are responsible for maintaining the Council's property register and rates details for all properties with the City of Greater Shepparton.
