Greater Shepparton City Council would like to advise of short term road closures at Lightfoot street for road reconstruction works.
Lightfoot Street will be closed between Bowe Lane and Dans Street to all through traffic from Wednesday June 12 to Wednesday June 26 for general maintenance.
Council advises commuters to be aware of changed traffic conditions in the area and request people to observe road signage and take alternative routes during these works.
Traffic management will allow access for local traffic to access their properties however all through traffic will be blocked from the site to maintain safe conditions.
During these works excavation, backfilling and reinstatement of the road surface will occur to ensure safety of road users.
Council would like to thank residents and commuters for their cooperation whilst the works are being completed.
