Dungala Kaiela Writing Awards The Dungala-Kaiela Writing Awards are open to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with a connection to our region, providing an opportunity for writing and self-expression in the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Goulburn Valley Regional Library With ten branches and a mobile library service, Goulburn Valley Libraries provide library services to the Greater Shepparton City Council and the Shires of Moira and Strathbogie. Goulburn Valley Writers’ Group The Goulburn Valley Writers' Group Inc. Is an association of people who meet regularly to encourage the creative writing of its members and to promote the art of quality creative writing in the community.
