Sports Hall of Fame - Silent Auction

Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date for all online bids is 12noon Friday 4 August 2017 Wednesday 6 September 2017.
2. Participants can bid as many times as they wish on any items on offer.
3. Some items have a set reserve and if not met, will not be sold.
4. Bids will be taken in person at the Greater Shepparton Sports Hall of Fame Inaugural Induction Ceremony on Friday 4 August 2017 between 6pm and 9.30pm.
5. If a person with the winning bid was made online, they will be notified by Monday 7 August 2017.
6. All payments must be made at Greater Shepparton City Council Customer Service desk by Tuesday 8 August 2017 and items can be collected. Payments can be made by cash or EFTPOS.
7. Any enquiries about the online silent auction are to be made to Belinda Conna on 0358329 432 or email belinda.conna@shepparton.vic.gov.au
8. If payment is not made by due date, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
9. Items bought through the auction are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. Liability – Greater Shepparton City Council does not accept any liability once items are purchased.
11. It is the successful bidder’s responsibility to pick up their items at the time of payment. No items will be delivered.
12. Access to and participation by you in the auction is confirmation that you have understood and accepted the above terms and conditions.
