Sophie will be sharing her experience on the power of gardening for wellbeing, the benefits of growing your own food at home or in a shared garden, and offering practical tips to help you succeed.

This special event will include:

9.00am - 10.30am: A visit to the Murchison Community Garden, where you can learn more about this wonderful local initiative, and more about how you can get involved.
Free bacon and egg breaky roll at the Murchison Community Garden thanks to the Murchison Men's Shed
10.30am - 12.30pm: A presentation from Sophie at the Murchison Primary School on connecting community to shared projects and how you can improve your own garden.
Highlighting the Murchison Primary School’s garden project and its impact on students and the community
Free lunch to be shared at the Murchison Primary School
