International Yoga Day Fundraiser

Feel good, while doing good! $50 from each ticket sold goes to supporting the Cambodia Clean Water & Toilet Project, providing hygiene, sanitation and dignity to girls in poverty.

2pm Yoga

To suit newbies or the practiced. A class to warm up the body and raise your vibration.

3:30pm Meditation A guided group meditation to help you arrive in your still place.
4pm Afternoon Tea Bring along your tea cup/mug.
4:15pm Yin Yoga Targeting the energetic system and the fascial tissue through stillness in
postures, helping mobility and body structure.
5:30pm Chanting 108 Times Deepen your connection to yourself and others while chanting OM 108 times in
a group. Very powerful.
6pm Dinner
Bring your own plate and cutlery to use.
6:40pm Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Therapy
Finish the day in a state of harmonious rest with a guided Yoga Nidra
practice accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
