KA School Holiday Program: Bayaderra (Long Neck Turtle) Clay Workshop
This workshop is part of the Kaiela Arts School Holiday Program April 2025. These FREE workshops are designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 8–12 years living in or around Greater Shepparton, to encourage self-expression and cultural connection in a supportive environment.

Get your hands dirty and make your own terracotta bayaderra with experienced Kaiela Arts artist, Tarn Parker.
Use hand-building techniques and stamps to create a bayaderra, a totem of the Yorta Yorta people that is often seen in our creation stories. A perfect introduction to working with clay and engaging with Yorta Yorta culture.
