What next? Preparing for flood recovery and revisioning

As groups discover a ‘new normal’ it’s good to reflect on what has been learnt and how they have changed. Now is the time to think about how to engage with members and stakeholders over the next year.

Thursday 16th of March, 2023, at 6:00pm to 8:00pm

This session will help community groups to consider a plan for moving forward in the next stages.

It will help them to think about what they need to reinvent, keep or stop to ensure the services offered are relevant and stay relevant for the community. The forum will enable them to network, talk to others and gather ideas for reengaging and revisioning their organisation.

Topics include:

  • Reflection; challenges / barriers - what’s new that can be taken forward.
  • Considering what will resurfacing look like.
  • Sharing ideas to connect and engage members and stakeholders.
  • Exploring project ideas for moving forward in the ‘new normal’.
  • Appreciating collaborations and networks that will enable a positive future.
  • Identifying tools and digital solutions that can support group’s now and into the future.
  • Understanding the potential for grants to support revisioning and recovery.

This session is free of charge to attend, however registration is required.

Registration’s are open until 5.00pm Wednesday 15th March 2023.
