Customer Service hours in the New Year

Greater Shepparton City Council’s Customer Service Centre will operate on reduced levels from Tuesday 4 January to Friday 7 January 2022.

The Customer Service phone and email service will operate as usual however the Customer Service Centre will be closed for over the counter service during the above period. We encourage you to contact Council by phone on 5832 9700 during this first week of January.

Greater Shepparton City Council will be closed for the holiday period from 3.00pm Friday 24 December 2021 and will reopen at 8:15am Tuesday 4 January 2022. For urgent matters in this time, please phone (03) 5832 9700 and follow the prompts.
