Residents are encouraged to get involved with Greater Shepparton’s Activities in the Park program, with Hackers Golf Day and Mindfulness and Meditation coming up this week.
Hackers Golf Day will be held at the Kialla Golf Club and is the perfect opportunity for golfers of all skill levels, from expert to those who may have never played before, to have a go. A bbq lunch will also be available for purchase.
Mindfulness and Meditation will be held at Ganaway Reserve, Kialla Lakes and will teach you how to focus your attention and stay engaged. Meditation can also help reduce stress, improve brain performance and enhance wellbeing.

Hackers Golf Day - Kialla Golf Club
Sunday 29 November, 9am-1pm
If you love golf or have never tried it, this is a great opportunity to get some friends together or come on your own and experience a round of golf.
Mindfulness and meditation - Ganaway Reserve, Kialla Lakes
Sunday 29 November, 4pm-5pm
