Greater Shepparton City Council is encouraging users of the Shepparton Sports Stadium to contribute to a short survey aimed at improving programs and services for the community.

Alternatively, a hardcopy of the survey can be downloaded below.
It should take no more than 10 minutes. Your answers will be treated confidentially, and you can choose to withdraw from this research at any time.
Complete the questionnaire to reflect your opinions, not those of any child or other person(s) that may be in your care.
This research is being conducted for Greater Shepparton City Council in conjunction with CERM PI, University of South Australia Business School. For general enquiries please contact Raylene Jones, email raylene.jones@unisa.edu.au.
The project has been approved by the UniSA's Human Research Ethics Committee.
