Greater Shepparton City Council are set to replace sections of the shared pedestrian and cycling path around Lake Amaroo at Kialla Lakes from Monday 24 April.
Tree roots growing beneath the path have caused damage and sections of the path to lift, requiring removal and replacement.
Works are planned from Monday 24 April and are expected to take up to three weeks to complete, dependant on weather.
Pedestrians are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid the works, where appropriate.
For more information about the works, contact Council’s Civil Infrastructure Maintenance Department on council@greatershepparton.vic.gov.au or call (03) 5832 9700.
