Greater Shepparton City Council would like to advise motorists that Watt Road will be closed temporarily on Monday 12 August between 9.00am and 3.00pm from Mooroopna, at the Watt Road Bridge through to Riverview Drive Kialla.
Motorists are advised to take an alternative route if they usually travel across the back road between Mooroopna and Kialla.
Council will be undertaking an inspection of the Watt Road bridge deck surface and will be conducting shoulder maintenance along sections of Watt Road.
It is intended to close Watt Road on Monday morning immediately after the morning peak at approximately 9.00am and reopen the bridge in time for the afternoon peak at around 3.00pm.
