VicRoads advice:Doyles Road-Midland Highway roundabout, Shepparton: commencement of Telstra service relocation works
VicRoads would like to advise the community that Telstra will commence service relocation work at the Midland Highway-Doyles Road intersection in Shepparton from Wednesday, 1 July 2015.
These preliminary works are in preparation for the future construction of the new dual lane roundabout, and will involve the installation of new underground conduits, installation of new manholes, and the rerouting of cables.
Roadwork signage and speed restrictions will be in place which may result in minor traffic delays. It is anticipated that there will be no road closures or detours as the works will be confined to roadside areas only.
The relocation works are scheduled for completed by Friday 31 July 2015 and Telstra will notify its customers of any disruptions to its communications network.
VicRoads thanks the community for their patience while these works are carried out, and asks motorists to be aware of workers and machinery at the site for their own safety and for the safety of staff.
For enquiries or more information about the works, please contact VicRoads on 13 11 70.
