The team at SPC Ardmona KidsTown is seeking volunteers to help coordinate activities at this year’s KidsFest.
Volunteers are needed to fill positions in lots of different areas of the festival, arts & crafts, face painting, stage and many more areas. KidsFest Extravaganza is held at KidsTown on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 September from 10.00am until 4.00pm each day.
KidsTown Volunteer Coordinator Leanne Houkes-Wilson said that KidsFest has established itself as a fun packed event for the whole family, but we still need more volunteers to help.
“The KidsFest Extravaganza is great value family entertainment and there is something for everyone, so if you can spare some time or you know someone that can help please come and see us at KidsTown”.
“We welcome volunteers of all ages from 14 upwards and it’s a great way to get some experience in different areas of event work and be a part of one of the region’s biggest family event” said Ms Houkes-Wilson.
Volunteer application forms can be picked up from KidsTown or you can download a copy from www.kidstown.org.au
