Council has been busy installing a new footpath along The Boulevard linking the section from Kittles Road to Howitt Road.
The new footpath is being funded under the capital works program and is nearly 400 metres long and includes eight pedestrian crossovers. The works will take approximately four weeks to complete with residents able to access their properties via mobile driveways. Works should be completed before November 2015.
The new footpath provides a much safer environment for pedestrians who will no longer have to use the roadway. The works are valued at approximately $65,000.
