Participate in Culturally & Linguistically diverse Pen Pals initiative

Are you a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) member of our community? Are you feeling isolated or lonely? Would you like to reach out to others like you?

Greater Shepparton City Council is running a CALD Pen Pal Initiative Group for the Senior Citizens of the Goulburn Valley.

Council understands many members of the community may be feeling lonely or isolated while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Some members of our Greater Shepparton community are not able to see their friends and family, and in some cases, even leave the house.

The CALD Pen Pal Initiative Group initiative aims to assist members of the community in creating friendships and bonds with people from different cultural backgrounds.

If you would like more information, Greater Shepparton City Council would love to hear from you.
