Vulnerability Guide Tool Kit 

This resource has been developed to assist staff working in early years services such as Maternal & Child Health Services and Kindergartens to better identify and respond to child and family vulnerability factors.

We are pleased to report that the initial phase of making the Greater Shepparton Child and Family Vulnerability Guide and Tool Kit available for use by other early years services has been positive, with a number of Councils using the on line templates and training resources.

As a result of feedback received from our own internal evaluation and feedback from other municipalities, we are now in the process of updating the Guide and Tool Kit. Following this review the resources will again be made available on this website. One major improvement is the inclusion of detailed protective factors to consider alongside the listed child and family vulnerability factors.
