We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Rob Gordon to Greater Shepparton on Thursday November 2nd. A distinguished clinical psychologist and renowned expert in helping traumatized communities recover after disasters, to address Community Recovery Support Teams and local organisations.
This event will provide an opportunity for reflection, healing, and guidance. Dr. Gordon will be covering essential flood/emergency recovery topics like:
- Handling anniversaries
- Navigating the second year of recovery
- Preparing for potential future events
- Supporting community on this journey.
There will be plenty of time allowed for questions, conversations and attendees to use this as an opportunity to learn more about the role they can play in helping others, but also caring for yourselves.
