OUT in the OPEN Festival Shepparton - Saturday's CARNIVAL DAY
OUTintheOPEN is Shepparton’s newest Festival celebrating community diversity. CARNIVAL DAY is our BIG event!

no glass policy (drug/alcohol free event).
