Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games First Peoples Community Forums

Little Rocket is working with the Atticus Now in collaboration with The Commonwealth Games Committee to develop a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for the 2026 Commonwealth Games held in Victoria.

Local First Nations community members are invited to join the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games Community Forums in Shepparton.

The RAP will harness and promote opportunities for First Peoples across critical stages in the lead-up to the Games, during the Games and post-Games as continuing legacies. To assist in harnessing and promoting opportunities for First Peoples, we are conducting voluntary Community Forums for First Nations' voices to be heard.

We are inviting local community members to join the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games Community Forums in Shepparton in the month of May. 

You can be part of the voice for how the Commonwealth Games can harness and promote opportunities for First Peoples.

Forums are open to First Nation community members and led by Indigenous facilitators, Karen Milward and Kerry Arabena. Tea & coffee provided.
