Aquamoves will be showcasing its’ extensive programs and facilities at a massive open day and relaunch on Saturday 26 October.
There will be free centre entry all day, including access to the pools, spas, sauna, Splash Park, the gymnasium, most group fitness classes and many more attractions featuring as part of the relaunch.
Manager Active Living Tony Tranter said the open day gives people an opportunity to experience all Aquamoves has to offer.
"There will be great membership deals including 40 days for $40, full centre memberships for as little as $15 per week with no joining fee, no lock in contract and a chance to win a family holiday to Queensland for anyone who joins on the day." Mr Tranter said.
"Attendees will also be able to take part in a special outdoor training class with ‘Commando Steve' from The Biggest Loser Australia and a meet and greet with Olympic Gold Medallist Leisel Jones who will be running a Master Class with local swimming clubs."
Tickets can now be purchased for the limited places in Commando Steve's class and Mr Tranter said the well-known personalities will also be launching some key Aquamoves initiatives.
"Commando Steve will be introducing our ‘Seven Week Challenge,' a comprehensive and well supported lifestyle program designed to kick start your health and fitness goals. Leisel Jones will be opening our Summer Pool Season and speaking about the importance of water safety and learning to swim."
There will also be a performance by former X Factor contestant Tyler Hudson, brand new GRIT Strength classes, Gecko Kids Fitness sessions, Nipper's demonstrations by Lifesaving Victoria, professional sand sculpting, cooking demonstrations, live musical performances as well as other rides and activities for all ages.
The day will run from 8.30am to 5.00pm with free entry to the centre and some events/food stalls incurring a fee.
