Community members will have an opportunity to catch up with some Greater Shepparton Councillors at the Summer City Market on 26 February.
Greater Shepparton Mayor Dinny Adem encouraged people to come along.
“As the elected members of the Greater Shepparton community we are eager to chat to as many people as possible”, explains Cr Adem.
“We want to go where the people are so that they feel comfortable in asking us questions and finding out information. We need to hear any ideas or concerns directly from the community. We want to make it easier for people to have conversations with Council.”
Councillors will be available between 2.00pm and 3.00pm at the Summer City Market around the rotunda area in the Maude Street Mall.
If your group, school or town are eager to have a catch up with the Councillors please contact Council’s Marketing and Communications Team to organise a date and time that suits. The team can be contacted on 5832 9537, communications@shepparton.vic.gov.au or drop us a line on Facebook.
