Greater Shepparton City Council’s Word and Mouth is again looking to bring events to Greater Shepparton targeting young people with a teen based trivia night.
“There is just not enough happening for young people in this area” said Project Manager at Word and Mouth, Jim Gow. “This is our second event of the year, and we’re hoping to offer something a little bit different with this event.”
The night will be limited seating, with only 10 tables of six available for the event, with groups being encouraged to express their interest early. The event will kick off at 7.30pm, finishing around 10pm.
“With unusual topics like Lord of the Rings, Aussie Towns – True or False, and Marvel, it is safe to say it is not the regular kind of trivia night,” said Mr Gow.
For more information, including sneak peeks at question examples, search for the event on Facebook.
Greater Shepparton City Council’s youth organisation, Word and Mouth are also known for the events they put on for the young people of Greater Shepparton, including events such as NerdMania, Battle of the Bands and DeadzTown.
All Word and Mouth events are drug, smoke and alcohol free events, and this event is $5 per person. Word and Mouth events are generally aimed at 12-25 year olds, but all are welcome.
To reserve your table, contact Jim on 0437 771 114 or contact Word and Mouth through Facebook.
