Introducing the 360L recycling bin

We are pleased to offer the introduction of an optional upsize to 360L recycling bin, designed to meet the growing recycling needs of our community.

You can start booking and requesting these larger recycling bins now. However, please keep in mind that delivery to properties will commence from November 2023.

Who can request an upsize to 360L Recycling Bin?

These 360L Recycling Bins are currently available only to Residential Properties. We are actively exploring options for businesses, but at this stage, they are not eligible for this service.

How do I request an upsize?

The upsize request can only be made by property owners, listed rate-payers, or managing agents. If you are a managing agent, please ensure you have the necessary Management Authority from the Real Estate Agent before making the request. Verification will follow the same process as a standard "Exchange Bin" request.

What is the cost to upsize?

There is a one-off administrative fee of $37.00 associated with the upsize, which will be invoiced in the same manner as the usual administrative fee for bin upsizing on your rates notice.

There is no additional charge for the 2023-2024 financial year. The 360L recycling bin collection service charge will be reviewed as part of the annual budgeting process next financial year.

What size is the 360L recycling bin?

It's important to note that these bins are large (1100mm height x 680mm width) and may be challenging for some residents to move when filled.

We advise residents to assess their ability to handle the larger bin prior to requesting an upsize.
