Attendance
Children attending kindergarten sessions on a regular basis are able to develop a sense of belonging and make the most of the learning opportunities offered.
Please contact the service to let them know if your child is going to be absent from attending their kindergarten session.
Arrival
Upon arrival at our service please sign them in on the iPad located at the service entrance. Take a quick moment to speak with your child’s educator about any relevant issue that may have arisen since their last visit to help us ensure your child’s emotional needs are considered for the day.
Departure
When collecting your child at the end of the session ensure you sign them out using the iPad and again have a brief chat with the educator to discuss your child’s day as it will help your child settle again once you get home.
Please note:
We can only let your child go home with who you have nominated. If you have to change this, please log into the HubHello parent portal and update your child’s Emergency Contacts.
You will need to complete the ‘Emergency Contacts’ section, where the person’s name, address, phone numbers and relationship to the child is to be provided.
Photo ID of the Emergency Contact will be required on their first visit to collect your child from the service.
