Accessibility Ramps

Greater Shepparton City Council have three brand new accessibility ramps available for loan to the public, available to hire for free (for non-commercial use only.)

Ramps are available for use at public community events and facilities within Greater Shepparton.

Note: Proof of ID will be required (e.g. drivers licence, passport)

The Greater Shepparton community can loan these access ramps for free for non-commercial use. Contact Council today.

These ramps are a great temporary solution for people using:

  • Wheelchairs
  • Scooters
  • Walking frames and/or sticks
  • People with limited mobility
  • Prams and strollers
  • Delivery trolleys

The ramps can be used for:

  • Transitioning kerbs
  • Thresholds (entrance to doors)

Features of the ramps include:

  • Weight capacity of up to 300kg
  • Lightweight and portable
  • Easy to carry
  • Improve safety by minimising trip hazards

Max height: 30cm
Safe working load: 300kgs
Weight of ramp: 9.7kgs

Large

Length: 300cm
Width: 82cm
Max height: 75cm
Safe working load: 300kgs
Weight of ramp: 27.3kgs
