Gender Equity Plan

In 2018, Greater Shepparton City Council developed a Gender Equity Strategy and Action Plan 2018-2020. This is an internal, operational document and is a tool to articulate a clear vision of gender equality, which can only be achieved through the implementation of gender equitable actions and strategies.

As an organisation we have an obligation to ensure our workforce is an accurate reflection of the demographics of the community we serve.
