Greater Shepparton Heritage Incorporated Plan 2020
If you own a residential property within a Heritage Overlay precinct, you can do some specific minor works and development without needing a planning permit.
This Plan provides some exemptions from the need for a planning permit in the Heritage Overlay where certain buildings and works will not have an adverse impact on continued heritage significance of the place.
This Plan only applies to some properties in the Heritage Overlay. Please read the Schedule to Clause 43.01 of the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme to understand if the Plan applies to your property.
