Unilever Tatura Master Plan 2014
Amendment C170 was introduced to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme on 10 December 2015.
The amendment applies the Special Use Zone to Unilever Tatura and includes the Unilever Tatura Master Plan 2014 in the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme at the Schedule to Clauses 52.03 and 81.01 to assist in safeguarding the Unilever manufacturing facility by providing a streamlined planning approval process and safeguard against inappropriate development that could impinge on surrounding residential properties.
